We got bad news last week. They moved our closing day to July 21. Which is good because we close but bad because June 30th was the cut off day for the tax credit. Yesterday Chris called Austin and told us that he just received a letter from the government that the cut off day has been moved to October 31st! Which means we still get the tax credit!! We were both VERY happy! Yesterday we went to the house... painted walls and siding, counter tops, granite tops, stained cabinets... it is MOVING fast. CANT WAIT! Just a little over a month.
